Effective December 06, 2007, the codeshare arrangement, which is currently

leading airlines of India and Belgium, our partnership will combine excellent
service with world-class operations thus supporting our strategy of international
growth. This mutually rewarding partnership will deliver several benefits to our

frequent flyer benefits, seamless transfer and interline e-ticketing all of which we
anticipate, will result in increased traffic and revenue opportunities."

Not only is Brussels the capital of the European Union, its physical location
combined with Brussels Airlines' network, makes Jet Airways hub in Brussels the

Designed to serve transfer traffic, the single terminal Brussels airport facilitates
quick, easy and seamless connections for its customers. Brussels further
distinguishes itself as one of the most convenient and passenger friendly airports
in Europe thanks to its multilingual staff and English signage.

India's tourism, business and educational ties with Europe are fast expanding, and
